“Expanded Voice workshop with Bárbara Lázara” From corporeal to deep listening, from collective to individual, from impulse to emission we will exercise, question and actively analyze how we approach the depths and fragilities of sound and voice. This Vocal Expansion workshop will focus on practicing anatomical and physical awareness when conducting sound through and from the pelvic area, and how this mind-set brings forth the voice in a committed and connected vocal emission. Artists will be led through a series of exercises and techniques to follow the journeys that air makes inside our bodies, in order to allow the air expand the territories of vibration, deep voice, sonic imagery and connected freedom between voice, body and space. *This Workshop is free of charge, please register by 10.12 the latest to: [email protected] Bárbara Lázara (Mexico City).
